How do I know a request is genuine?
Our requests for quotes and bookings come from addresses ending in @connect2trip.com and link to connect2trip.com. If in doubt, forward the message to [email protected].
Do I need an account to quote?
No. Each request for a quote carries its own secure link. An account in the supplier portal adds your confirmed jobs, documents, vehicles, drivers and invoices in one place.
Who pays me?
The company that contracted you, on the terms in your agreement with it. You send your invoice for each job from the portal or from the link in the booking.
