What do you need from me to quote?
Dates, places and how many people are travelling. Rough is fine: we quote on what you know and only ask again for details that change the service, such as an exact pickup address on the day.
Who sends the invoice?
The company in the network that serves your country contracts the trip and invoices it, in its legal language and with the VAT treatment that applies to you. If your trip is in another country, our partner there delivers it and you still deal with one company.
Which countries do you cover?
We arrange ground travel across Europe and further afield. The network already operates in Latvia, Spain, Germany and the United States; elsewhere the trip is delivered by a local operator from the network.
Can I talk to a person?
Yes. A person on our team can take over any request at any time, and decisions that need judgement are made by people. Write to [email protected] and say so.
